ECN Vendor Showcase Registration

Participating vendors receive a 6’ x 10’ footprint with one six-foot table and two chairs to showcase your brand, services, and/or products. The cost to participate is $200. Footprint upgrades, access to power outlets, and primary placement are available for additional fees.

Table linen is required. If you are not bringing one, please rent one from the ECN.
A limited number of Quick Fire Sessions are available during the showcase. Quick Fire Sessions are small high-energy, high impact, non-sales presentations where participants have 4 - 5 minutes to speak about industry-specific trends, best practices, or another topic. Presentations are meant to generate awareness and to stimulate thought and action on the subject presented. Presentations will be located in the Callaway Club of McCamish and audio-visual equipment will be provided. Participation is $50.
Please note, parking is limited. Large vehicles may require special parking permits that may incur additional fees.
Please note, due to space constraints we may not be able to accommodate all requests. Hot food items are not permitted. Giveaway food items (individual portions and room temperature) are allowed.
