Once you have confirmed your necessary logistics, it is time to focus on the engaging aspects of your event.

Georgia Tech has a wide variety of internal music, spirit, and entertainment groups to enhance any event.

Start Here:

  • Think about all aspects of the event (guest arrival, duration of event, etc.) 
  • If hosting an event that involves President Peterson, please note that he prefers to incorporate as many students as possible in musical performances.
  • Before hiring an external entertainment provider, be sure to review the information on Hiring Vendors.
  • If you have additional questions, or cannot find an entertainment source, contact us.
