Who We Are

The Event Coordinators’ Network is the primary gateway through which faculty, staff, and students coordinate events at Georgia Tech.

The ECN is made up of a group of more than 400 self-selected staff members from 90 different departments who are interested in event planning or expanding their skill sets at Georgia Tech.

The Event Leadership Team is responsible for the group's strategic oversight and direction.

Join the ECN

Have an event planning job or interested in honing your event planning skills? All members of the Georgia Tech community are invited to join the ECN to receive monthly resources, professional development experiences, and networking opportunities.

Leadership voting is now open

ECN Members may vote for our leadership positions of president, vice president, and communications manager. Voting closes on Friday, November 3, and will be announced at the annual workshop on November 17.
