Who We Are

The Event Coordinators’ Network is the primary gateway through which faculty, staff, and students coordinate events at Georgia Tech.

The ECN is made up of a group of more than 400 self-selected staff members from 90 different departments who are interested in event planning or expanding their skill sets at Georgia Tech.

The Event Leadership Team is responsible for the group's strategic oversight and direction.

Creating the Next Smart Goal: A Look into the Performance Evaluation Process

The Event Coordinators' Network members are welcome to join us for our next brown bag session where we will discuss what are smart goals and how they can be applied to event planning and professional development. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m. for networking; main programming will begin at noon.

The ECN is run by event enthusiasts across campus who serve in a variety of roles. 

Volunteer for NEE

Greet our newest Tech employees on behalf of the Event Coordinators' Network at New Employee Orientation. We are looking for volunteers to talk about ECN with new hires. Volunteers should plan to be at the Gordy Room in Wardlaw from 1:45-2:45 p.m., including setup and breakdown. All table materials will be provided.
